In mid-June, we had the pleasure of attending Viva Technology 2025 in Paris — one of the most important innovation and tech conferences in the world. We joined thanks to the kind invitation from the City of Łódź, which brought a group of forward-thinking businesses to explore the event together. We weren’t exhibiting this time, but that didn’t stop us from fully experiencing what VivaTech had to offer.

The big themes: from AI to the future of tech
This year’s edition was the biggest so far — over 180,000 visitors and thousands of startups from more than 170 countries. Artificial Intelligence was everywhere. Not just in the talks and booths, but in the conversations, ideas, and future strategies of nearly every company present.
There was also a strong focus on technological sovereignty in Europe — how the continent can build its own cloud, infrastructure, and innovation ecosystem. We saw discussions about quantum computing, the future of mobility, health tech, and how AI is reshaping business and society.
Meetings that matter
As part of our visit, we had the chance to attend a special gathering at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Paris, hosted by Ambassador Jan Emeryk Rościszewski. It was a great moment to reflect on the role Polish companies can play in the global innovation landscape — and to meet fellow professionals working across Europe and beyond.
Conversations, business cards, and global ideas
One of the best things about VivaTech? The people. We met founders, innovators, investors, and ecosystem builders from Canada, Germany, Singapore, France, South Korea, South Africa and many more. We exchanged business cards, shared stories, and talked about what’s coming next. These are the kinds of connections that often lead to surprising collaborations later on.
Our takeaway
Even though we weren’t exhibitors this year, we left Paris with our heads full of ideas and our notebooks full of names. We listened, observed, and connected. Most importantly — we felt once again that even a small company from Poland can have something important to say on the global stage.
It was a successful, inspiring trip — and a reminder that the future is built not only with technology, but also with curiosity, conversations, and shared ambitions.
